Support business improvements through parts review and proactive site monitoring - Ensure adherence to procedures and accountability in all repair activities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing specific medical equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least a high school diploma
- Proven ability to manage technical escalations and lead resolution strategies
- Experience in a field role requiring direct customer interaction
- Additional certifications or training in medical equipment servicing
- Experience with a wider range of Siemens medical equipment
- Background in continuous improvement initiatives within a technical environment
- Familiarity with remote troubleshooting techniques and tools
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a technical setting
