• Review, analyze, and document business systems and user needs
• Participate in meetings with Business Managers to discuss system revisions
• Support rollout of new carriers and states, coordinating with various departments
• Identify and propose changes to systems and workflows to improve efficiency
• Create training materials and train end users on system enhancements

• Minimum of an associate's degree in a related area
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance field
• Ability to communicate effectively with project team members and external customers
• Experience in testing and quality assurance methods

• Experience with system enhancements and project management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document and track issues effectively
• Familiarity with software issues and quality control processes
• Experience in training and mentoring other staff members
