• Ensure timely processing of invoices using Coupa and other platforms
• Manage vendor queries and assist the business with problem-solving
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Handle tasks involving high complexity and document support for conclusions
• Collaborate on process documentation and issue tracking

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or complex company
• Proficient in multi-entity and multi-currency accounting processes
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus

• Experience with AP Automation tools such as Coupa and/or SAP
• Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of internal controls
• Previous experience working remotely is a plus
