• Provide support to customers in defining and designing business processes and identifying enabling technologies
• Actively seek ways to apply technology to business processes and research relevant technical trends
• Consult with technical experts to develop alternative technical solutions and advise on options and risks
• Document project plans and coordinate resources for successful delivery of business and IT implementations
• Participate in an on‑call customer support rotation during business hours and off hours

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• EPIC Resolute PB Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience closely working with IT
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in business process re‑engineering or process improvement
• Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a track record in new concept development
• Knowledge of HL7 is a plus
