Senior Product Manager

• Document product requirements, user stories, and artifacts to guide the product development process
• Define a customer and market‑driven strategy, communicating the proposed strategy to key stakeholders
• Translate product requirements into specifications and collaborate with engineering teams for implementation
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps and refine product positioning for market leadership
• Conduct market research to gather insights into user and OEM customer needs

• Minimum of 5 years of product experience managing complex technology products, ideally in the AI space
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (both spoken and written);
  Japanese language skills preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong technical depth and influence capabilities
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferable but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements

• Experience in product management within the automotive or technology sectors
• Proven track record in developing and launching AI‑driven products
• Familiarity with competitive analysis and market strategies
• Skills in training and supporting sales teams with product knowledge
• Experience in conducting in‑depth market research and analysis
