• Lead a team of Salesforce developers, managing vendor relationships and ensuring system functionality
• Collaborate with Business Services leadership to prioritize and facilitate application-related work
• Define and implement the overall solution and integration design strategy for the Salesforce platform
• Execute project management processes to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
• Track and report on key project milestones while managing project budgets and resources

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience required
• 6-8 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator with a mix of SF Architect/Development/Administration responsibilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing and configuring CRM systems with a keen attention to detail

• Previous management experience
• Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
• Strong understanding of business process and data modeling as well as workflow design
• Experience with enterprise integration tools
• Cable/telecommunication experience strongly preferred
