What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Communicate with end users and business stakeholders to explain reported issues and solutions
  • Perform in‑depth technical analysis for production incidents, including resolution and root cause analysis
  • Publish knowledge articles and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Identify, debug, and troubleshoot break‑fix issues to full resolution
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Dev Sec Ops  teams to support IAM and CPAM service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing or supporting IAM/IGA or related solutions
  • Strong domain expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Hands‑on experience configuring and deploying IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager
  • Strong hands‑on scripting experience (e.g., Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience invoking REST/SOAP web services using tools like Postman
  • Database experience, including SQL and database operations
  • Working knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows
  • Experience working with global customers and a strong customer‑first mindset
