Platform Support Engineer

• Troubleshoot and analyze application and database performance issues in a production environment
• Oversee the monitoring of SaaS applications and infrastructure for alerts and performance issues
• Manage the full lifecycle of alerts, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for incident resolution
• Collaborate with backend engineering teams to identify and resolve complex issues

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT/Cloud operations and application support, specifically with Java applications
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services on AWS and Azure platforms
• Experience managing and troubleshooting network connectivity, including VPNs
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

• Hands-on experience with log management and analysis tools, preferably Elastic Search
• Familiarity with IT Service Management systems, preferably Fresh Service
• Experience in developing and documenting operational procedures and runbooks
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Experience working in a SaaS environment
