• Lead and manage the Salesforce engineering team, focusing on delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and operational leaders to define priorities and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
• Ensure the stability and performance of the Salesforce platform as usage and complexity grow
• Oversee planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment for all Salesforce initiatives
• Develop and coach the Salesforce team to support their growth as the team expands

• 7+ years of experience working on or managing complex Salesforce implementations in high-growth environments
• 2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive iterative delivery
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience partnering closely with technical leads, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated success leading teams through complex roadmap execution and platform-scale challenges
