- Assist in resolving more complex hardware and software problems after additional training
- Document all required information accurately in the ticketing system and knowledgebase
- Route and dispatch service requests to the appropriate IT support group for resolution
- Maintain a positive relationship with peers and cross-functional teams
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Capacity to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must have lived in the United States for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
- Basic knowledge of PC operations, including hardware, network settings, and MS Office applications
- 1-2 years of PC support, diagnostic/troubleshooting, and repair experience
- Experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems and hardware
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Technical Certifications such as A+, NET+, ACMT, or Microsoft Fundamentals
- ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
