• Lead customer projects in the area of SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
• Analyze customer situations and create process documents, concepts, and blueprints
• Implement system‑side realization of customer requirements, including customizing and payroll accounting
• Support all project phases: conception, design, customizing, prototyping, and rollout of SAP HCM
• Take on partial project management responsibilities in smaller teams at customer sites

• Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
• Familiarity with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, tax, and social security law
• Excellent knowledge of SAP‑specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics
• Business fluent in German and fluent in English

• Experience with project management and consulting methods
• Strong self‑motivation, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
• Solution/process‑oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
