• Run the Growth & Acquisition operating cadence, including team meetings and planning sessions
• Program-manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and alignment
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners, facilitating communication and resolution
• Produce executive communication materials, including leadership updates and decision memos
• Track OKRs and key initiatives, maintaining dashboards and status reports to highlight progress

• Proven experience in project management within a high-growth, cross-functional environment
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with a strong bias toward action and follow-through
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities shift

• Experience supporting Growth, PLG, Marketing, or Acquisition teams
• Familiarity with international expansion or product launch workflows
• Experience managing experiment-heavy roadmaps or planning team offsites
• Prior experience as a contractor or in a fast-scaling tech company
