Commercial Digital Assets Product Manager

• Manage all aspects of new product implementation and modifications for stablecoin offerings
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and market needs
• Evaluate and recommend new services or modifications to existing products based on market trends
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and coordinate necessary regulatory submissions
• Partner with Sales and Relationship Management to deliver sales enablement support and collateral

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing, product management, financial, operations, or project management experience
• 1‑3 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain/digital assets sectors is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoin mechanics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• 3–6+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain/digital asset sectors
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for digital assets
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user‑centric solutions
• Familiarity with stablecoin issuers and blockchain infrastructure players
