- Hands-on experience deploying AI-driven products and managing model trade-offs
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Proven track record of setting product vision and delivering shipped products
- Experience leading and influencing internal stakeholders and senior-level executives
- Strong collaboration skills with operations, sales, and marketing departments
- Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
