- Serve as Product Manager for the SAC data portal, managing tasks, requirements, and production readiness
- Oversee technical deliverables and ensure successful execution by development partners
- Execute data integrity and governance strategies, ensuring documentation is accessible to all stakeholders
- Provide high-quality support to shelters and partners through the SAC Helpdesk
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements based on usage trends
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of combined professional experience in client engagement and data strategy
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases required
- Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using the Shelter Animals Count Portal or similar software strongly preferred
- Product management and project management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Tableau and Sendgrid strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs and Agile development processes preferred
- Experience working with various shelter management software strongly preferred
