• Lead requirements discovery workshops to gather and document business processes and functional requirements
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 CE, including entities, forms, and business rules
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel
• Support Sales workflows and enhance lead management processes
• Drive adherence to CRM governance standards and provide user training and adoption materials

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
• Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills and experience working across enterprise, multi-business unit teams

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Sales or Customer Service) or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Experience supporting multi-business-unit and multi-region CRM platforms
• Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP or external platforms
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or aftermarket service business models
• Experience with post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement programs
