• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Data teammates on data ingestion and analytics engineering
• Gain a deep understanding of the data platform and improve data models and pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Python
• Support ingestion of various healthcare-related sources by configuring new ingestions and debugging existing ones
• Automate data pipelines using Dagster and Git Hub Actions to enhance reliability and reduce manual intervention
• Monitor pipelines and communicate incidents effectively using tools like Datadog and Pager Duty

• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with dbt and interest in expanding expertise
• Working knowledge of Python for data investigations
• Experience in operating data pipelines and debugging failures
• Ability to communicate clearly about root causes and mitigation strategies

• Exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, ADT, etc.)
• Experience with testing and data quality management
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
