• Experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude systems
• Familiarity with technical documentation and process improvement methodologies
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related role or nonprofit environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote team setting
• Knowledge of innovative healthcare technologies and trends
