• Process and complete Voice MACD orders with high accuracy and within defined SLAs
• Provision and manage new Voice-only service installations for customer sites
• Participate in installation calls to guide field technicians during service turn-up
• Troubleshoot customer-facing Voice service issues related to orders and configurations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely completion of installations

• Experience provisioning or supporting Voice or telecommunications services, preferably in a business or carrier environment
• Strong working knowledge of VoIP technologies and Voice service concepts
• Proven ability to manage multiple orders or customer projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint)

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the telecommunications industry
• Familiarity with order management systems and service delivery processes
• Ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
