• Maintain detailed records for all policyholders, including processing cancellations and reinstatements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of insurance experience, preferably in home and auto insurance
• Proficiency in using GSuites is preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay focused with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Proven track record of being a fast learner
• Experience in proactively developing and executing new ideas
• Excellent collaborative skills and a team-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
