• Manage and maintain all entity and individual licenses nationwide, including producer licenses and claim adjuster licenses
• Coordinate new applications, renewals, appointments, terminations, and jurisdiction-specific filings
• Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory changes affecting licensing and compliance
• Liaise with Departments of Insurance (DOIs) to resolve escalated or complex licensing issues
• Prepare and deliver reports for leadership, underwriting teams, and auditors

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 4-6 years of experience in insurance licensing, regulatory compliance, or related insurance operations
• Deep knowledge of U.S. licensing requirements for producers, surplus lines brokers, and adjusters
• Proficiency with NIPR, Sircon, and state DOI systems
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional organizational skills

• Experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit-ready documentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
