• Develop customized risk control strategies and implementation plans for clients

• Conduct education and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
• Minimum of five to eight years of risk control experience with a proven track record
• Advanced expertise in risk control evaluation and insurance principles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively

• Professional designations in relevant fields
• Experience in developing new products and services within the insurance sector
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
