• Perform underwriting analysis and documentation to assess risk acceptability for renewal and new business
• Handle endorsement requests and engage agencies for clarification or additional information
• Manage assigned renewal book and triage renewal applications for underwriters
• Serve as a liaison within the Underwriting Hub to resolve issues and document files for compliance
• Execute pricing strategies and complete quote proposals while negotiating with external partners

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of related work experience
• Knowledge of Property and Casualty underwriting, including insurance products and policy processing
• Strong analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business‑related software

• Customer service experience with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple tasks
• Experience serving as a resource or trainer for others in a business setting
