• Support a large, pooled portfolio of customers, guiding deployment and establishing healthy usage habits
• Deliver high-impact engagements across onboarding, activation, and value milestones for customers
• Host and moderate training webinars to assist customers with best practices and configuration
• Respond to inbound customer requests professionally, ensuring a quality customer experience
• Monitor customer health and execute intervention playbooks to drive successful outcomes

• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong communication skills across written and verbal channels, tailoring messages for diverse audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a creative problem solver
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and work collaboratively with teams

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools
