• Advise on U.S. corporate and securities matters, including public company regulations and governance
• Prepare board materials, including presentations, resolutions, and meeting minutes
• Collaborate with the corporate development team to support M&A activities and related agreements
• Work with the finance team to facilitate corporate finance actions
• Provide legal support for significant partnership deals

• At least 8 years of experience working on public company matters and transactions
• In-depth understanding of SEC reporting requirements and federal securities laws
• J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities

• Combination of prior law firm and in-house corporate law experience
• Familiarity with ASX listing requirements for foreign-exempt filers
• Experience in quickly spotting and analyzing complex legal issues
• Strong collaboration skills for working across various business functions
• Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
