• Partner with business teams to assess and navigate legal and regulatory issues affecting licensed and regulated product offerings
• Support Compliance, Product, and other Teams by interpreting regulatory, licensing, and enforcement requirements
• Engage with regulators to anticipate, manage, and resolve issues related to the application of regulations to products and operations
• Evaluate products, features, and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations
• Collaborate with attorneys across the Legal Team to align on cross‑functional legal strategies and guidance

• At least four years of relevant legal experience at a law firm, in‑house legal department, or state or federal regulatory or enforcement agency
• A Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance in a practical business context

• Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements
• Previous experience working with regulatory agencies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
