- Serve as the primary legal authority on competition, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and compliance risks
- Advise senior leadership on high-stakes strategic initiatives, including commercial strategy and M&A
- Lead internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and work with external counsel
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide policies, training, reporting, and risk‑assessment frameworks
- 15+ years of legal experience with expertise in U.S. competition law and corporate compliance
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- Proven track record in building and leading enterprise compliance programs in complex environments
- Exceptional judgment and executive presence for translating legal risk into business guidance
- Willingness to work 5 days a week onsite in Columbus, OH
- Experience in managing sensitive investigations and influencing senior stakeholders across functions
- Background in both in‑house and top law firm environments
