• Fully remote option available for March and April, with a hybrid or in-office requirement from May to August

• Prepare information for management regarding pre-employment and post-employment legal matters
• Review and analyze employee relations matters for management advice
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of employee relations complaints
• Analyze third-party services contracts and employment law aspects of proposed client contracts
• Support dispute resolution, litigation management, and document production

• Completion of one or two years of law school
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with an appreciation for meticulous work
• Tenacity for accomplishing tasks with a sense of urgency

• Experience in employment law, human resources, corporate compliance, or other relevant areas
