• Job Responsibilities
  :
  • Assess and assign all open events related to fleet operations
  • Verify proper authorization to dispatch service events
  • Assign the appropriate service provider for vehicle repairs
  • Advise customers of estimated times of arrival and follow their instructions
  • Communicate any delays or issues with the service provider to the supervisor on duty

• Qualifications
  :
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (Dispatching for breakdown and/or tire on medium to heavy-duty vehicles, or medium to heavy-duty vehicle maintenance)
  • Strong knowledge of medium to heavy-duty vehicle dispatching and multitasking abilities
  • Alternative qualifications include any level degree/certification beyond a High School diploma/GED or 5 years of experience in a related field

• Preferred Qualifications
  :
  • Degree in a related discipline or industry experience
