Installer Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery.;
Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive orders in a consistent and timely manner.;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards; ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time and daily mileages are entered into fleet devices.;
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store; ensure returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.;
Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure returns are tagged/labeled correctly.;
Assist on front counter and backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock) as needed; assist with customer labor claims to be processed quickly and efficiently.
