We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our facilities team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks and repairs to keep our facilities in excellent condition.

• Responsible for cleaning floors
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
• Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
• Cleans and assist with upkeep of the facilities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience supervising a maintenance crew a plus
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions with accuracy and in a timely manner

• Full and/or Part-time

• $17-$20 an hour depending on experience
