• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance
• Locate suitable repair locations for drivers
• Document all maintenance and repair events accurately
• Ensure necessary repairs are done at a fair price
• Review and authorize repairs for fleet vehicles
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
• Meet monthly metrics goals
• Contribute positively to morale and show consideration for others
• Maintain regular attendance and respond positively to change
• Carry out assignments with accountability and follow-up
• Keep manager and coworkers informed of work progress
• Provide high-quality service with accuracy in transactions
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Vocational or Technical education recommended
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 20-25 WPM
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
• ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories

• Relevant experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Familiarity with fleet management and maintenance systems
