• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for various plant equipment including autoclaves, shredders, and HVAC systems
• Provide technical support to maintenance and operational staff, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to uphold operational and safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to enhance treatment processes and ensure peak efficiency

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager in waste management, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, including OSHA

• Familiarity with medical waste treatment processes such as autoclaves and boilers
• Budget management and vendor coordination experience
• Proficiency in remote collaboration platforms and digital reporting tools
• Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
