• Manage vendor contracts and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment

• At least 5 years of experience in event management and project management
• Exceptional communication skills combined with strong organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in strategic thinking and quick problem-solving
• Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to project management
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Proficiency in event and project management software, such as Cvent and Airtable
• Engaging interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals
• Resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions
