• Lead delivery of services to clients on time, within scope, and within budget
• Conduct meetings and interviews with client stakeholders to document needs and challenges
• Oversee the full implementation life cycle of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software for clients
  
  Maintain project and resource plans, track performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines
• Identify and report on project risks, coordinating resolution and mitigation strategies

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4-6 years of project management experience
• High-quality communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and achieve results autonomously
  
  Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups

• In-depth understanding of enterprise software functionality, methodology, technology, and integrations
• Consulting experience in a national or regional consulting firm with public sector clients
