Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled project manager for retail construction projects to oversee all phases from pre-construction to closeout.

• Oversee all phases of retail construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and merchandising teams to align project scope and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the construction phase, ensuring timely execution
• Maintain project documentation, tracking progress, budgets, and schedules
• Manage contractor relationships, including negotiations and quality control

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in high-end or specialty retail
• Strong understanding of retail construction trades, schedules, and cost controls
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and schematic drawings
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)

• Experience with union and non-union contractors and major mall operators
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Hands-on problem-solving skills with an ability to anticipate risks
