Program Manager

• Coordinate the administration and implementation of contracts and operations
• Monitor scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of the contract
• Collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to prepare contract modifications
• Lead the onboarding process for staff members in coordination with the In-Country Program Manager and COR
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and interact with relevant stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant management discipline
• Over ten years of experience in project management concepts, practices, and procedures
• Must be a U.S. Citizen as per Government Contract requirements
• PMP Certification required
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Advanced degree preferred
• Extensive project experience and judgment to effectively plan and accomplish goals
• Past performance documentation demonstrating successful project management
