• Support the development of content for external publication and internal education

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in strategy and analytics
  
  Strong overall business and financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills to lead and motivate peers and leaders

• Experience in the financial services industry
• MBA degree
• Familiarity with Global Delivery Model
