• Proactively evolve strategies to scale operations and address day-to-day challenges
• Collaborate with Risk leadership to improve internal processes and build the operations roadmap
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and mitigate risks within processes and performance

• Minimum of 2+ years of direct management experience leading and developing teams
• Strong operational background with a track record of data-driven decision making
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to reprioritize tasks weekly
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a focus on innovative processes and solutions
• Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships and influencing product roadmaps

• Prior experience in Risk or Risk Operations, particularly in the policy space
