• Manage all aspects of project management including scope, budget, schedule, and risk mitigation
• Develop clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines for project success
• Interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Implement action plans to address variances and enhance project delivery
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely project reports

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management
• Strong project management experience with a proven track record in construction projects
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence at all organizational levels

• 7-10+ years of experience specifically in construction project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
• Experience managing indirect teams at various organizational levels
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management
