Job Description

Sales & Market Engagement:
Support sales cycles by selling and cross‑selling AMS offerings, responding to RFPs with differentiated viewpoints, and developing market‑relevant assets with a strong focus on AI. Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and offerings.

Service Delivery Leadership:
Oversee end‑to‑end AMS service delivery, identify new market opportunities, expand the AMS portfolio, and evangelize existing offerings. Ensure operational excellence through cost control, process optimization, and meeting profitability and CSAT benchmarks.

Customer & Portfolio Growth:
Present AMS offerings to new and existing clients, establish AMS footprints in untapped accounts, and secure at least three new customers annually.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Run quarterly innovation workshops and develop accelerators, automations, and AI‑driven enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and modernize AMS frameworks.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing delivery teams while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Travel & Client Interaction:
Engage with clients across Europe with a willingness for frequent travel.

Qualifications
  • 18+ years of experience in IT services, with strong expertise in Application Managed Services.
  • Proven leadership of large teams within major IT service organizations.
  • Strong understanding of AMS market dynamics, customer needs, and technology trends.
  • Demonstrated success in driving large, multi‑year AMS deals with multi‑geo delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fluent German and English language skills
