• Manage a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional programs and services, collaborating closely with senior engineering or product executives
• Mentor and oversee the work of other program managers, providing guidance and advice
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and key results
• Drive project execution by managing schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders for successful project delivery

• 15+ years of experience in technical program management with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; technical degree preferred, Master’s level degree preferred
• Understanding of relevant technologies and ability to make informed technical decisions
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and associated trade-offs
• Superior communication skills, both interpersonal and written

• Experience managing a team or department of technical program managers
• Experience delivering mobile applications and/or consumer hardware
• Comfort with ambiguity and starting from "scratch"
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with program management tools and methods
