What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage a team of Client Success Managers to drive customer lifecycle success
  • Set clear direction and align team goals with company objectives
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members
  • Identify skill gaps and enhance training and development initiatives
  • Own client escalations and gather feedback to recommend product improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consultative sales, or business consulting
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing management and leadership role
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially to C-Level executives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
