• Lead, coach, and develop people managers across multiple operational sites to ensure effective leadership and execution
• Own regional operational performance by defining and improving key metrics related to quality, compliance, productivity, and cost
• Standardize operating procedures and training programs across fulfillment centers to enhance efficiency
• Oversee end-to-end market launches, including site readiness and staffing plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and new initiatives

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading multi-site operations with direct management of people leaders
• Proven ability to scale operational models and improve performance using data and KPIs
• Strong program management skills with experience in launching new sites or business lines
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, employment law, and regulatory compliance requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for operational insights
• Comfort using data and operational systems for troubleshooting and decision-making
• Willingness to travel for operational support and market launches
