• Manage the successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs, ensuring effective cross‑functional coordination
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine program design and manage resource assignments
• Capture and consolidate program KPIs and maintain ongoing communications with senior management and stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and program changes while implementing mitigation strategies
• Produce detailed reports and maintain documentation for program operations and support

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Minimum of three (3) years of program management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in the healthcare payer industry with knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare

• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience managing projects with budgets of up to $10M+
• Proven ability to lead a project team of 20+ core members and multiple vendors
• Deep understanding of project management processes, techniques, and tools, ideally in an Agile environment
