UM Acute Inpatient Supervisor

• Supervise the Acute Utilization Management (UM) Inpatient team, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor and act on key UM and operational metrics, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology teams to design and implement AI/LLM-enabled workflows
• Conduct audits and quality reviews, implementing education and policy updates in collaboration with medical leadership
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-change environment by managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• Unrestricted RN license with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in utilization management at a health plan
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Understanding of AI/LLM and knowledge of Interqual Guidelines
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines and MA requirements

• Certification in Inter Qual
