Builder Operations Manager

• Collaborate with New Homes Project Managers to oversee project fulfillment from job release to final inspection
• Act as a liaison to streamline communication between project teams, builders, and installation partners
• Monitor project flow across assigned builder communities, identifying and resolving execution issues
• Manage individual projects in CRM and builder software platforms, ensuring accurate data entry
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth project execution

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of project management or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with builders and stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, builder software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly

• Experience in solar and/or production building highly desirable
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on builder and homebuyer satisfaction
• Proven experience using critical thinking to solve complex problems and build processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic to drive operational success
