• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Epic analysts to achieve positive outcomes
• Manage member relationships and support by developing effective workflows and resolving complex issues
• Collaborate with organization leadership to plan effective learning deliverables and ensure realistic timelines
• Track and measure team, project, and individual performance goals while identifying process improvements
• Provide hands‑on training and support during Go‑Lives and assist in resolving advanced integration issues

• Proven experience in team development and performance management
• Strong understanding of Epic systems and related products
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex integration work
• Ability to document processes, specifications, and workflows effectively
• Experience in training and mentoring team members

• Previous experience in a healthcare technology environment
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies
• Proven track record of improving processes and workflows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for off‑site software installations
