• Lead project execution teams for electric utility clients, coordinating diverse contributors such as Engineering, Real Estate, and Surveying
• Manage overall portfolio performance, focusing on cost, schedule, and scope management
• Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to address issues and mitigate risks
• Mentor project management staff, promoting a culture of collaboration
• Identify business development opportunities to support organizational growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive Project Management experience in the Electric Utility Industry
• Strong understanding of electric power and infrastructure projects, with direct experience preferred
• Supervisory experience, including team building and talent acquisition
• Proficiency in MS Project suite, especially Microsoft Excel

• PMP Certification or willingness to obtain within two years
• Prior experience in a leadership position
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams
• Experience with Power
  
  BI and/or visualization tools
• Previous experience as a Planning Engineer or overseeing planning projects
