Position: EPIC WILLOW AMBULATORY APPLICATION SUPERVISOR

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Epic Willow Ambulatory analysts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee system updates, upgrades, and configurations within Epic Willow Ambulatory to meet operational needs
  • Ensure effective onboarding and training of new staff members
  • Measure team and individual performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and collaborate with Help Desk and Product teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience in team leadership and development
  • Strong knowledge of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in performance tracking and process improvement
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in pharmacy operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within healthcare or technology settings
  • Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory or related systems
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Experience in resource allocation and planning strategies
  • Knowledge of compliance protocols specific to pharmacy requirements
